Laura Broux(BE)

Up until her 17th birthday Laura Broux (°1989) was mostly passionate about dancing and playing classical music, before she fell in love with graphic design. In 2011 she graduated as a Master at Sint Lucas School of Art Antwerp with an experimental project based on ‘Vampyr’, a classic piece for electric guitar by Tristan Murail.

Soon after graduating, she won the prestigious ‘The Farm’ competition organized by Proximity BBDO, Brussels. This gave her the opportunity to do an internship at BBDO, New York. What a great start in advertising! For five years she has been designing at several creative agencies, and she is most passionate about her freelance branding work. Recently she switched from advertising to fashion and is now ‘trims and accessories’ designer for Scotch & Soda. With a bit of luck, you will find her eating ‘stroopwafels’ in Amsterdam.

Laura will moderate the YONN lectures.
